Brie al horno con mermelada de frambuesa "sangrienta" y huesos de hojaldre

If you’re looking for a Halloween appetizer that feels elevated but still gives a little drama, this Baked Brie with raspberry “blood” is it. It’s warm, gooey, and perfect for guests to dig into between sips of spooky cocktails.

Ingredientes

  • 1 wheel of brie
  • 1 sheet of puff pastry (thawed)
  • ½ cup raspberry jam (or strawberry for a darker “blood” look)
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • Small amount of flour for dusting
  • Optional: rosemary sprigs or blackberries for garnish

Cómo llegar

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  • Roll out puff pastry on a floured surface. Place the brie in the center and spoon jam over the top — let it drip a little for that spooky “bloody” effect.
  • Wrap the pastry up and around the brie, sealing the edges.
  • Brush lightly with egg wash.
  • Cut leftover pastry scraps into little “bones” — twist strips and pinch the ends, then place them on the same baking sheet.
  • Bake everything for 20–25 minutes until golden and flaky.

Place the baked brie on one of your serving boards, drizzle extra jam on top, and add those puff pastry bones around it. Serve with crackers, apple slices, or baguette.
