We hope you’re delighted with your order. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your product, please contact us within 30 days of receipt and we’ll be happy to discuss a refund. Please note, all unwanted items must be returned in a resalable condition, unused and secured in their original packaging.

Returns procedure
Please follow the steps below to claim a refund on damaged goods:
If you have received a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Care team by sending an email to jmchenry@widgeteerinc.com before returning.
All refunds should be processed within 14 days of the item(s) being received at our warehouse. If you have not received your refund in this time, please contact us with the tracking information for the return so we can investigate and locate the package.
We will only refund items purchased from widgeteerinc.com.
